Understand the request
Read a customer's request, specification or drawing and identify the requirements and missing information.
FIAL.TECH / NADO VCHERA
When a customer requests equipment, the team has to interpret requirements, check product fit and assemble a proposal. We are building an AI application engineer that prepares equipment options with sources and a proposal draft for a human expert to review.
In development · looking for companies to test the first workflow
THE PROBLEM
Sales teams spend time interpreting documents, checking fit across catalogs, asking engineers for clarification and assembling proposals. The difficult part is not writing text. It is making a defensible selection that can be checked before it is sent.
THE WORKFLOW
Our first validation area is heating and ventilation equipment. The underlying workflow is designed for other technical product categories.
Read a customer's request, specification or drawing and identify the requirements and missing information.
Compare candidate equipment against the stated requirements and show the sources behind each recommendation.
Prepare a shortlist and proposal draft that a sales engineer can inspect, correct and approve.
PILOT PARTNERS
We are looking for equipment manufacturers and distributors with complex, recurring technical requests. We would start with an anonymized request, agree on what a correct result looks like, and review a selection and proposal draft with your sales or engineering team.
This is a supervised validation process. Product fit, pricing, availability and the final customer offer remain subject to your team's approval.

I'm Ivan Fialkovsky. My background spans complex B2B sales, equipment, operations and AI system design. NADO VCHERA began with a workflow I know firsthand: turning an incomplete technical request into a proposal a real specialist can stand behind. We are validating the product and its fit beyond our initial market.
