Who handles information

The site operator is Ivan Vadimovich Fialkovsky, individual entrepreneur (Russian taxpayer ID 504796899008). For privacy enquiries, contact info@fial.tech.

What happens on the site

The site has no registration, account or payment form. The contact form asks for your question and a way to reply. New browser drafts are not saved. An earlier draft that you opted to save may be restored; clear the site's browser data to remove that old copy.

Submitting the contact form with your consent saves your contact, question, reference and submission time in the website database on Cloudflare infrastructure. The enquiry is forwarded to Ivan through Telegram so he can respond. This intake does not use an AI model. A daily salted hash of the network address is used for spam prevention; the original IP is not stored with the enquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or other secrets. To request deletion, contact info@fial.tech.

Infrastructure providers may technically process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, date, time and page address to deliver and protect the site.

External contact channels

Phone and email links open your selected applications. Their handling of information is subject to their terms and your arrangements with them. The contact form submits directly from the site without copying text to another service.
